We will sent your package under standard registered delivery mail between 9 to 15 working days (subject to your local customs clearance and your local national postal agencies efficiency which we have no control. Sometimes it reached you earlier than these). A tracking number will b email to you. You can check the status of the article at http://www.singpost.com.sg (info is limited as this is free shipping. You click on tracking and input the reg article number).
Take note that this is sent as a registered mail. This free shipping involves our SingPost handing the package to your local custom for clearance. Once cleared, the package will be handed to your local national post office to deliver the package to you. This is according to the Universal Postal Union Agreement. Our free shipping for this transaction comes only for this one shipment. This one time free shipping needs someone at the delivery point to acknowledge the delivery record. So when the postman comes to deliver the package, I hope there would be someone to acknowledge the delivery notice. If there aren't anyone to acknowledge the delivery notice, your post-office will send notice to you to inform you to collect the package or arrange a new delivery date. If there is no respond to this notice, your local post office will return the package to me or they could declare lost. When this happen, we do not provide refund and it requires you to pay for another shipment if the item was return to us and to be shipped to you again
