However Qt-store offers NO Returns Policy. We apologies for this as we do not want non serious buyer to purchase our products.

Take note that your item/items will be sent as a registered mail (unless you request for special delivery and amount will be quoted by us). Our free registered shipping comes only for one shipment and delivery between 9 to 12 working days (after 2 working days of local processing for shipment) but subjected to your local custom clearance. This one time free shipping needs someone at the delivery point to acknowledge the delivery record. So when the postman comes to deliver the package, I hope there would be someone to acknowledge the delivery notice. If there aren't anyone to acknowledge the delivery notice, your post-office will send notice to you to inform you to collect the package or arrange a new delivery date. If there is no respond to this notice, your local post office will return the package to me or they could declare lost. When this happen, we do not provide refund and it requires you to pay for another shipment fees if the item was return to us and to be shipped to you again.

After we ship, we will provide SINGAPORE POST Tracking number. And you can check this tracking number on a web site http://www.singpost.com/ra/ra_article_status.asp. This tracking system of SINGAPORE POST would only shows whether the item has been despatched to overseas or not. It does not show other detail. And the speed of shipment to you depends on your local post office & your local custom's office in such that we do not have any control.
However, 100% of shipment have been dispatched successfully. There are no worries as our parcels are shipped by a Reliable and Very Efficient Organization SINGPOST.
