Take note that this is sent as a registered mail. Our free shipping comes only for one shipment. This one time free shipping needs someone at the delivery point to acknowledge the delivery record. So when the postman comes to deliver the package, I hope there would be someone to acknowledge the delivery notice. If there aren't anyone to acknowledge the delivery notice,
your postoffice will send notice to you to inform you to collect the package or arrange a new delivery date. If there is no respond to this notice, your local post office will return the package to me or they could declare lost. When this happen, we do not provide refund and it requires you to pay for another shipment if the item was return to us and to be shiped to you again.

After we ship, we will provide SINGAPORE POST Tracking number. And you can check this tracking number on a web site http://www.singpost.com/ra/ra_article_status.asp. This tracking system of SINGAPORE POST would only shows whether the item has been despatched to overseas or not. It does not shows other detail. And the speed of shipment to you depend
on your local post office in such that we do not have any control.
